Two people were fatally shot and a third was wounded in a shooting Saturday afternoon in eastern Fort Worth, police say.
According to a police report, Fort Worth police were dispatched a little after 3:30 p.m. to a shooting in the 700 block of House Street, near East Lancaster Avenue. More than 20 units responded to the scene.When officers arrived, they located multiple shooting victims, police said. One person was pronounced dead at the scene and two others were sent to a hospital.One of the victims died at the hospital, police said, and the other was treated and released.
