About 12:30 a.m. Sunday, police said the victim got into an argument with two other men in the 7900 block of Lake June Road, near Rose Garden Avenue. The two men then punched and kicked him, according to a police incident report. The man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead Thursday.
