A 17-year-old was arrested and charged for shooting into a crowd at a party in northeast Harris County Saturday, Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office said. kprc2 click2hou htx hounews
Constable deputies were called to the 10400 block of Mills Walk Drive in reference to a loud noise disturbance from a large party in the area.
Upon arrival, authorities said they saw a suspect shoot from the passenger side window of a vehicle toward a group of people before fleeing the scene. Constable deputies located the suspect’s vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The suspect, who Precinct 4 identified as Christian Robinson, was found to be in possession of a loaded short-barrel rifle.
Further investigation revealed that the firearm was reported stolen to the Houston Police Department, authorities said. Robinson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. He was charged with deadly conduct and possession of a prohibited weapon. His bond was set at $15,000 out of the 482nd District Court.
