I was able to steam four chopped sweet potatoes, eight peeled and chopped carrots and an entire bag of fresh spinach. It took approximately 20 minutes total to steam all three different vegetables separately. Each vegetable turned out fork tender. I used a small food processor to puree them and then froze them all into cubes for easy storage.
