The crash happened just north of Roach Middle School near Independence Parkway and George Washington Drive.
McKinney police say the teenager was on a bicycle trying to cross Independence Parkway at the intersection and was hit by a vehicle.A child was hit and killed in front of Roach Middle School in Frisco.
