Wagyu at Arby’s and cornbread doughuts at Dunkin’ are among the ways restaurant chains are trying to attract your attention.
Arby’s is a sandwich chain that even after 38 years is still known for its 1984 slogan, “Where’s the beef?”That’s because Arby’s is dabbling in wagyu for its first-ever burger.
It’s one of several new menu items in quick service restaurants. Here’s a sampling of what’s out there.Arby’s has created a Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger with a blend of waygu and ground beef. Dunkin’ is serving Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese this summer. Starbucks has added a Lime-frosted Coconut Bar to its menu. Miguel’s Jr. is featuring dished with house-made Fiery Habanero Hot Sauce. Dolly Parton is singing the praises of Taco Bell’s Mexican Pizza these days.
