The incident was reported to police Saturday at a park near Factory and C streets about 4 p.m. The boy told his parents a 13-year-old boy pulled down his pants, held him down exposing his buttocks and genitals, and two other boys inserted their finger in his butt. Several other children were in the area and may have seen the incident, according to videos the mother has posted on social media.

Police locate gun on boy suspected of breaking into vehicles: South Euclid Police BlotterA Cleveland Heights resident reported at 2:45 a.m. Sept. 20 that two boys who had been trying to enter vehicles at that city were entering South Euclid.
