9 Silver Surfer For the same reason as Galactus, the Silver Surfer being found dead in space is a fitting end for one who facilitated the deaths of countless worlds throughout the cosmos. Also in Ruins #1, it was confirmed by Mar-Vell that Silver Surfer decided to end his own life by ripping out his entrails right on the edge of Earth’s atmosphere. Apparently, Silver Surfer longed for the days of his mortal life, and he just wanted to breathe fresh air into his lungs one last time.
6 Quicksilver While Magneto has proved himself to be a true villain time and again , he wasn’t always alone during his villainous schemes. His son, Quicksilver, was oftentimes right by Magneto’s side when there were crimes to be committed, and people’s lives to be put in danger. In fact, it was Quicksilver who not only masterminded the entire Ultimatum event , but he also took it upon himself to kill Cyclops when the heroes prevailed - using his super speed to do so.
3 The Punisher The Punisher is technically an antihero, but there’s a reason the likes of Daredevil, Spider-Man and Captain America find him despicable. Frank Castle regularly murders and tortures people in the name of vigilante justice, with one of his more extreme cases being when he fed a woman to polar bears. While everyone he kills is bad, the Punisher is still effectively a serial killer, especially given how much he enjoys the pain and death he inflicts.
