A Sunday evening argument between two women inside a Shippensburg home culminated in one pulling out a gun and fatally shooting the other, authorities said.
Breanna E. Black, 33, is charged with homicide in connection to the shooting of 48-year-old Beth Ann Schwartz on the 100 block of South Prince Street, Pennsylvania State Police said. When troopers arrived at the scene around 8:39 p.m., they said they found Schwartz suffering from a gunshot wound. She was taken to Chambersburg Hospital, then airlifted to WellSpan York Hospital, where she died.
Black was taken into custody at the shooting scene, state police said.
