A dispute between neighbors turned violent in Montebello as one person was killed and three were wounded in a stabbing, officials say.Officials say the victims were taken to the hospital by ambulance. Police later announced that one male victim, only identified as being in his early 20s, had been pronounced dead.
Investigators initially said the four stabbings were the result of a dispute within a single family. Authorities later clarified that the stabbing stemmed from a dispute between neighbors, but additional details were not released. Detectives are continuing to investigate and said the three individuals who suffered stab wounds "all appear to have been involved in the incident."
