Five people are in custody and a man is left injured after a police-involved shooting on Chicago's Northwest Side Saturday.Around 5 p.m., officers claim they encountered a vehicle in the 600-block of North Central Park Avenue that had allegedly fled from a traffic stop earlier.
The driver of the vehicle pulled into a garage and an armed offended allegedly exited the vehicle, according to Chicago police. "The officers immediately exited the vehicle, at which time the driver of this vehicle exits with a gun in his hand," said Deputy Chief Ron Pontecore, with the Chicago Police Department.
