Officials with the Houston Fire Department said they are investigating after one person has died in a house fire in northeast Houston Wednesday.
Firefighters said when they arrived at the scene, they located a single-family residence with heavy fire show from the front of the residence. Fire crews reportedly made entry into the home and rescued two people. One person was located in the hallway and the other person was found in a bedroom. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, HFD said.
Officials said one person was transported by an ambulance in unknown condition and CPR is being performed on another person that is being taken by a gurney.Copyright 2022 by KPRC Click2Houston - All rights reserved.
