Two victims were listed in critical condition and three others were listed in"serious," condition, rescue officials said. Jason Evans, public information officer for Dallas Fire and Rescue, said the ongoing investigation was extremely fluid. The highest recorded gust in the area was 71 mph at Dallas Love Field, according to the National Weather Service, though winds were likely higher at the elevation where the crane was on top of the building.
